Sheila D Hutchings is a private accountant in the seven hills of Rome Georgia. She received her degree in Accounting from Berry College. She began her career with the Internal Revenue Service in 1986. Sheila has gained a wealth of business experience through her previous employment as charge bookkeeper, tax preparer and instructor.
